I have just got back from having the Mitsubishi Challenger fitted with 31 x 10.5 R15 Goodyear Wrangler MTR’s. First impressions are good, i noticed zero gain in cabin noise at (im guessing) 60km/h. With the windows down there is a little hum, but to be expected. I have gained about an inch in extra clearance as i previously had on 235/75R15 shoes, i think its an inch, anyway its taller.

I bought the set of 4 from Beaurepaires in Midland. I paid $240/tyre + $16/tyre for insurance and paid $75 for the wheel alignment. All up costing $1099 inc.

First service on the tyres comes at 5000Km and is free from any Beaurepaires store. I will keep a log of how i find the tyres for the lifespan (if i can remember to keep up with it) to inform any potential buyers.
