Team Narva Extreme wins Round 3 of Engel 4WD Challenge series

A double victory was achieved for Team Narva Extreme at Round 3 of the Engel 4WD Challenge Series. The event at Bindaree Farm in Willow Grove, Victoria resulted in the two car team win in both the Modified Open and Production Class events.

With three of the four series events now completed Trent Leen of the Narva Team is currently leading the Modified Open Class driving a mid wheel base 1989 Nissan Patrol Ute. The second Narva Team of Steve Hudson, commonly known as Huddy, driving a 1992 GQ Model Nissan Patrol, is the current overall series winner in the Production Class.

The Engel 4WD Challenge Series kicked off in March in Gippsland then went to the Snowy Mountain Challenge in Cooma followed by the Ateco Warn Winch Challenge where Narva took the win. Each challenge draws approximately 40 entrants testing skills, machines and equipment to the limit with demanding terrain, hard driving and heavy winching.

With each event commencing with three night stages, Narva’s Extreme Driving Lamps are coming into their own with the winning vehicles using both Halogen and HID versions for the ultimate light output and competitive advantage.

The Challenge Series of events, which will culminate in the final round to be held in Colac over the weekend of 10-12 October, are all run on private property.

By competing in these 4WD Challenge events Narva products are tested to the limit in the most demanding conditions and the results are now plainly evident with the winning teams.

Narva is Australian owned and is a leader in the development, manufacture and supply of automotive lighting and electrical components for the automotive, marine and transport industries. Tip:

Track Condition There are all sorts of track conditions that you will encounter in your 4x4. Unfortunately there is very little you can do about this, except to perhaps fill in some rutted sections to make them a little easier. So, to overcome track conditions it is up to the other four elements above.
