FORD Tranny Questions…
1. My question to all you ford owners is: What manual tranny was put behind the 300 6cyl? It was a 4 speed and had a granny low first gear. 2. Next will this tranny bolt to a 93 5.0 out of a mustang? which bellhousing do i use, the 300 6cy one, or the 5.0 one? Or do i have to find a different one or get an adapter? :confused: PS: the 93 stang is an auto. THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION….Thanks

Vehicle Preparation The first thing to do before any unfamiliar water crossing is to walk it. If you cannot walk it you cannot cross it. If the water is flowing too quickly to safely walk the crossing, then it cannot be driven across. Remember, 4x4's actually float until water seeps into them. When you walk the crossing you are actually starting your vehicle preparation. You are giving the axles, diffs and gearbox time to cool down while you find out exactly how deep the water is.
