www.adventure-videos.com Fraser Island is the biggest Sand Island in the World. A perfect place for a great adventure. It is located not too far from Brisbane, QLD on the east coast of Australia. It’s 4x4 adventure only, the highway is the beach, and you can take some bypass accross the island. You will see some wild dingos and some of the most amazing travel sceneries in OZ. It’s an adventure you can’t forget. I had a lot of fun to do this travel, while camping near the beautiful beaches, visiting Lake McKenzie, the ship wreck, go through the 4WD indian head bypass, and much more. I recommend that adventure trip to everybody!

Tip:

Remember, a 4x4 cannot be treated like a normal car when cornering. The 4WD will roll over much easier than a car while cornering, due to the higher center of gravity. This applies to gravel and paved roads equally. Although a four wheel drive vehicle generally has better traction on gravel than a car, when safe cornering speeds are exceeded the four wheel drive will tend to roll earlier than a car.
