fan running all the time -

hi all good day. larry here.
got a 1992 gq ti and noticed on normal drving condition, that my fan is running all the time.
specially noticeable when you taking up speed as you can hear the fan roaring.
when you start in the morning it goes on for a while then stops…normal.
bought the car from dealer and haven t touch anything yet.
do you guys have any idea…? lack of fluid , rusty parts…?

GEMS is fairly waterproof, but not that easy to strip to bare minimums and get sweet
Plus the ECU won't allow a retune up etc to assist with mods / gearing / changes unless a EPROM
is fitted and serious money thrown at it
